I investigated why people call this a PUA (Potentially Unwanted Application), and here’s the truth.
I don’t ignore warnings. Outbyte is often flagged as a PUA for three very specific reasons. It has aggressive marketing pop ops, its deep registry access, and its tendency to bundled driver updates.
