Terms of Use

Last Updated: June 2026

Welcome to Arenaoftech. By accessing our website, reading our technical documentation, downloading our proprietary utilities (including Arena Tools), or contracting our ArenaForge engineering services, you explicitly agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following Terms of Use.

1. Hardware & Software Liability Shield

We provide specialized technical scripts, batch files, and optimization guides (such as the Windows Debloater and Game Booster) designed to alter system-level environment parameters and registries. You execute these tools entirely at your own risk. All code is provided "as is" without any implied warranties or operational guarantees. TechArena Media Group and its administrators assume absolutely zero financial or legal liability for hardware degradation, data loss, system soft-bricks, or software conflicts resulting from the application of our technical protocols. You explicitly assume 100% of the risk when modifying your operating system.

2. ArenaForge Service Contract & Billing

Our premium ArenaForge service provides high-level structural optimization, database scaling, and technical architecture overhauls. We guarantee the delivery of technical labor and code execution; however, we do not guarantee specific third-party algorithmic results, such as permanent search engine rankings or exact traffic metrics.

Because ArenaForge involves immediate, specialized engineering labor and direct consultancy, all service payments are strictly non-refundable once diagnostic or architectural work has commenced.

3. Intellectual Property Protection

All executable scripts, custom-built tools, frontend UI frameworks, and technical documentation published on Arenaoftech are the exclusive intellectual property of TechArena Media Group. The underlying logic and code execution of our utilities cannot be scraped, cloned, repackaged, or resold under any circumstances. Unauthorized commercial distribution of our proprietary assets will result in immediate legal action.

4. External Links and Third-Party Execution

Our publication frequently links to third-party software, GitHub repositories, or external resources. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the stability, security, or privacy practices of any third-party code or external domains. You are responsible for independently verifying external software before executing it on your machine.
