The Charged Battery cannot be found unless you find the Depleted batteries. You can use the Charged Battery to craft many of the powerful items that have been offered in V Rising.
However, to loot the depleted batteries in order to charge them for charged batteries, you should look for them in Tech Piles and Machines. You can find these around Gloomrot North as it tends to appear in those regions. But before going out there, you must level up to 60 to 70 because the Gloomrot has strong enemies.
Once you have obtained the Depleted Batteries, you need to head to Thunderstrike Peak in Gloomrot North and search for lightning harvester structures. When interacting, you’ll receive a prompt to Charge your Batteries. Just put in 10 Depleted Batteries and receive your Charged Batteries.
However, you should move away a little bit in order to not get damaged by the electrical discharges as you charge your batteries.
