Before reaching this level, you must complete the Chapter 2 questline of The Forest Array in Koboh. Now, to do the Rumor, you need to reach the Abandoned Shack and you’ll see a half-melted iron door that can’t be broken without the Roller Mine.
To get the Roller Mine, go to the abandoned shack and head down towards the cave from its entrance to get your mount. After reaching the backside of the Shack while riding the mount, dismount it and climb the platform above. Reach the other side of the Platform by using the swings and you’ll notice the Roller Mine machine at the corner. BD-1 will interact with it and then a Mine will spawn. Then, let the Roller Mine follow you to the Abandoned Shack.
Now you can go to the half-melted door and grab the Roller Mine and throw it to break the door. Once it is broken, go inside and investigate the chest and your Rumor will be completed.
