You can find that trap in Lady Jannath’s Estate. You’ll need to go there as part of the Free the Artist quest. When you’ll try to get close to the skull, it will throw you and your party across throom by casting the Thunderwave.
To destroy the Cursed Skull in Baldur’s Gate 3, you’ll need to deal fire damage or use the Remove Curse Spell on it. Eventually, you’ll come to know that the skull is vulnerable to fire damage and makes it the best choice to past the 50 Damage threshold.
