Netflix has taken the first initial steps for “Netflix for gaming“, and it is not what we expected! There has been this rumor for “Netflix for Gaming” for a long time now, but there was no confirmation from the firm, until now. Moreover, most of us assumed it to be something like Stadia, but there are still many limitations for cloud gaming.

The idea was overwhelming and yet hard at the same time. The firm has confirmed that it has been testing the “Netflix games” in Poland, and it’s finally official. But here’s the catch, the Netflix app just acts as a mediator here, you will still need to download the games from Playstore separately, which won’t contain ads and will be free to play, thanks to your Netflix subscription.
The games can be launched only from within the Netflix app at present. Currently, Polish users can play Stranger Things 1984 and Stranger Things 3 games from within the app. However, this is the very first stage for Netflix gaming, and it has yet to go a long way.
So, if we have to download the game? Why do we need netflix? Looks like they are just trying to add games in their existing subscription.
