Popular Cryptocurrency payment service BitPay has confirmed that they are joining hands with widely popular payment applications Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. Not to forget, both of the applications are amongst the most widely used payment services over the Globe. What it means is, you can use your crypto funds for your payments, through Google Pay and Samsung Pay (only for the US).

BitPay will soon integrate its BitPay card to Google Pay and Samsung Pay, users in the US will be able to use Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies to pay (after converting it to their traditional currency). BitPay’s wallet supports many cryptocurrencies, like USD Coin, Gemini Dollar, Paxos Standard, and Binance USD. Other than these, BitPay wallet also supports Bitcoin Cash, Ether, and Bitcoin. Users will have to convert cryptocurrencies into traditional currency, and this can be used wherever Mastercard debit payments are accepted.
Here’s a point to note, unlike other times, the service has just hit Apple Pay in the first place, even before landing on the Android platform. Anyway, this isn’t the first service to have such broad plans, but more similar services will give rise to competition, which in this case will have the advantage for its users.
