OnePlus has finally launched the OnePlus 9R, which according to claims, is a gaming-focused device. The smartphone brings flagship features, excluding the processor part. The device looks like the OnePlus 8T, 2020’s flagship. While on the back, the rear camera setup looks like that of the OnePlus 9 Pro.

The device’s features include high-speed charging, high refresh rate, and better cameras. Other than the design, there are many other similarities with the OnePlus 8T, such as the quad-camera setup at the back. The rear hump consists of a 48MP main sensor, 16MP ultra-wide sensor, 5MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor. The device features a 6.55″ FHD+ OLED display, with 120Hz refresh rate.
Under the hood, the device houses a Snapdragon 870 SOC, which you can refer to as a better version of the Snapdragon 865 SOC, that runs the OnePlus 8T. The 5G chip is coupled with up to 12GB of RAM. The storage goes all the way up to 256GB. The device has a 4500mAh battery, which supports 65W fast charging. The base model starts from Rs 39,999 ($550), and the Pro version comes for Rs 43,999 ($600).
