New Atlantis: Outland
Outland is the best place to visit if you’re looking for rare resources and materials for your journey. Once you’re in New Atlantis, you’ll need to travel to the Commercial District and find this shop and speak with Cornelius in the shop. You’ll need 126 or 133 Credits to purchase the Positron Battery. Buy all of them if you have enough credits to spare.
Mars: UC Exchange
To find this shop, you’ll need to travel to Mars in the Sol System and head over to Cydonia. Once you’re in Cydonia, you’ll be in the Central Hub of Cydonia and find this shop there. Head inside and speak with Denis Avernin and purchase the Positron Battery for your upgrade or crafting.
Neon: Sieghart’s Outfitters
To find this shop that is owned by Dietrich Seighart, you’ll need to travel to Volii Alpha head to Neon, and find this shop for the rare resources that you would want for an upgrade. Once you’re in Neon, you’ll find this shop once you exit from the spaceport elevator. Head inside and speak with Dietrich and purchase the Positron Batteries.
However, you can also craft the Positron Battery at Industrial Workbenches. To craft it, you’ll need x1 Antimony, x1, Tau Grade Rheostat, and x1 Vanadium. This crafting recipe will get unlocked once you have progressed through Rank 2 of the Special Projects skill.
