To Turn On

  • First, press and hold the power button for a few seconds.
  • Now, release the button once you have noticed the Oculus logo appear on the display. 

To Turn Off 

  • First, press and hold the power button for a few seconds.
  • Once you do that, you’ll see a menu appearing on your display of the headset.
  • You’ll see the options for Sleep, Restart, and Power Off.
  • Now, while using your controller, point and click on the Power Off option to shut down the device.
  • You can also continue holding the Power Button to turn it off without the Controller. 

Alternatively, you can also put the device to sleep, keep it on standby mode, or wake it up with a quick press of the power button. However, if you put the headset on the head, it will automatically wake up without any need for pressing the power button.
