In the Recent Gloomrot update of V Rising many new things have been added such as items, materials, bosses, structure etc. Which the Players can find by Exploring or by defeating enemies and bosses. Among those, books are the new items that the Players can use to learn new crafting recipes. Instead of papers that they used to use before the update. In this guide, we will provide the Players with the information on how to get books in V Rising.
How to Get Books?
To get books the Players will need to find merchants who sell books. The first is the Shady Book Dealer, he can be found in the shady merchant camps in Farbane Woods.
This merchant does all of his trading with Coppers only. And from him the players can buy all the copper tier items, which they might already have or not. Besides books, he also sells crude gems, coarse thread, leather and random fishes along with many other different items. At the same location, there is another merchant who sells potions and seeds.
The next merchant can be found in the Dunley farms market. This merchant is known as the Rural Book Merchant who also sells books like the Shady Book Dealer.
He sells all the hollow fang as well as iron tier items and will only take silver coins. And just like before, this place also has goods Merchant who sells cosmetic hats and other random items. Along with random fishes which is great to heal prisoners.
Finally, at Brighthaven Trade District in Brighthaven, the Last Book merchant can be found. At this location, the Players must take the human form. At this location, there are lots of merchants, such as book merchants, goods merchants, potion merchants, and gems merchants. Which can be found in their own respective buildings.
Some Important things to notice –
Besides all that the players must also know that the merchant doesn’t always have the same item. The items in their stocks refresh every once in a while, the refresh time is shown at the top of the shop menu. Also, the shops can be emptied out as they are server wide so it is recommended for the Players to build their base nearby. While purchasing from the shady dealer the Players don’t need to take human form, like they need to with other merchants.
