How to fix android moisture detected issue on Samsung Phones

What is Android moisture detection?

Have you ever faced moisture detected warning on your Samsung device? It is a very common but misunderstood notification for Samsung users. You are most likely to get this notification if you own a Samsung Galaxy S, A, or Note device. The sole reason is the IP68 rating that these devices come with. An IP68 rating means that the device can be submerged up to 1.5m underwater for up to 30mins, the devices are also dust resistant.

You would be asked to disconnect your charger cable until the ports are dry, as mentioned earlier, as the devices come with an IP68 rating there are moisture detection sensors in your device, which happens to be a safety feature from Samsung, as it can prevent short circuits. With that said, it’s just a tiny reminder that is triggered because of the sensors. You can also turn off this feature as per your wish.
