How to Find and Kill the Scavenger in DMZ Warzone 2?
The Scavenger in Call of Duty DMZ is a mini-boss added in the season 3 update. He is not so easy to find and also too hard to kill. Several AI Soldiers come supporting The Scavenger on his back.
To find the Scavenger, you can use the tac map and find him there. If the Scavenger has appeared on the map, he will be marked on the map. After that, you can just go after him to eliminate him, after clearing out the Scavenger’s troops (AI Soldiers).
Occasionally, the boss can be found in both the maps, i.e., Ashika and Al Mazrah, but only in some general areas. On Ashika, he can be found across the shoreline, and On Al Mazrah, he can be found near the dunes. The other way of finding the Scavenger is to eliminate Operators (other online players). He comes from hiding to collect the dog tags that are found on the dead operators.
If you ever come across a dead operator who still has its dog tag, you might want to wait for 5-10 minutes for the Scavenger to arrive at the designated location. And if you find his calling card instead of the dog tags, that means that he has already arrived and he will appear on the map indicating an icon.
You only need to focus on the Scavenger who is dressed in a dark ghillie suit and eliminate him or you can just go after the AI Soldiers and eliminate him. It’s up to the players for how they want to proceed.
