To find this rare item, you’ll have to search inside banks and police stations across Al Mazrah. You can loot the Sa’id City Bank for Sensitive Documents. If you find it difficult to simply loot the hotspots, you can always try to open a safe. Safes usually carry several high-tier loot items, including Sensitive Documents. Interact with a safe to start the drill and defend the objective for a short while to unlock it. You can reveal nearby safe locations on your tac map by completing a Destroy Supplies contract.
