To locate and explore these caves, you’ll have to gather fruits no matter what it is. Assuming that you have the fruits from the start of the game like apples, etc., then all you have to find the eight cherry blossom trees all the world of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Now, when you find all of eight cherry blossom trees, you’ll have to offer a fruit on each of the trees which will then reveal the hidden caves in your map and highlight them until you reach one of the caves.

Above are all the Cherry Blossoms locations on the map. We recommend you to unlock all caves in a particular region first. If you try to do and unlock all at once it won’t work. So try and unlock a single region first.
In Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, there are a total number of 152 shrines and a vast number of +400 caves on the map. So, it will be very frustrating to locate each one on the map as it is hidden and will not become visible unless you do the above process with the cherry blossoms.
Apart from that, there are a total of three underground caves that you might want to locate and explore as you can get unique materials and armor sets to try on.
- Lindor’s Brow Cave: It is on the northwest of Lookout Landing when you make your way to Lindor’s Brow Skyview.
- North Hyrule Plains Cave: It is close to the New Serenne Stable to the southeast and you’ll be able to find Gladis outside the entrance.
- Ranch Ruins Cave: It is located to the southeast of the Lookout Landing which is close to the starting location.
