How to Defeat Gibdos in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom?
In Tears of the Kingdom, to defeat Gibdos you’ll have to be extremely careful and learn the tips and strategies to encounter it. Although Gibdos is not as tough as Battle Talus or a Gleeok, it can still possess its own type of danger.
To locate and find Gibdos, you’ll have to head to the Gerudo Desert. While progressing through the main story, you will find these enemies all over the Gerudo Desert but try to avoid them unless you have some weapons that are vulnerable to them. You can try to hit them with Fire and Lightning attacks which are vulnerable to them. Activate Riju’s Lightning attack to generate an electric field and use your fire arrows at Gibdo. You both will then summon a lightning strike that will obliterate the Gibdos.
However, you can also use your weapons to fuse with any Electric or Fire material. This will then deal a great amount of damage to Gibdo and you can easily kill them with a few strikes.
