Microsft will soon release a new sub-system for Windows 11. Windows Subsystem for Android or say WSA has been in Windows 11 since the start, which allowed users to download and run Android apps in Windows 11.
According to a report from Windows Latest, Microsoft is all set for Android 13 support for Windows 11, the technology giant posted a roadmap on GitHub for the same.
It seems you will need to wait till like 2023 for this major update, the roadmap is such that there’s no clear information on what features to expect from it. Although the recent WSA update did bring a few significant changes such as boosted gaming performance, better networking, etc.
You will be able to transfer files from Android to PC with a WSA container, other than this, the shortcuts are updated, along with pip (picture-in-picture) mode.
Keeping everything aside, you can surely expect better than-ever Android App support.
